Application for Instructor's Consent
The
idea of the Master Class is to create an environment where participants
with significant experience in the field can work together and move
forward at a faster pace by starting with an already established
understanding of materials techniques and processes. Consent, or
lack of, is not a judgment of your artistic ability but is a step
in assuring that everyone in the class will be able to keep up with
the pace of the workshop.
Instructor's
Consent is required to be eligible to register for a Master
Class. Instructor's consent DOES NOT guarantee that you are in the
class.
The
process:

Send
4 - 6 good quality digital images (no larger than 1 MG) and
a copy of your resume or biography via e-mail to your instructor.

At
the same time, send an e-mail notification to Joy Stocksdale
(conference registrar)letting her know that you are requesting
instructor's consent. joystocks@comcast.net

Within
a month of sending in your application, instructors will notify
both you and Joy that consent has been approved or declined

Send
in your registration form and payment as instructed on the conference
registration form

Conference
and workshop registration will begin Monday, Jan. 8, 2007 .
If more than the maximum number of class participants have applied
for the class by Jan. 8, the registrations will go into a pool
for random selection. If there is still space remaining in the
class, registrations received after Jan. 8 will be honored on
a first-come, first-serve basis.
