Surface Design Association Auction

Dates to Remember:

Aug. 15 – Item with digital photo CD due

Oct. 1 – Auction begins

2. Volunteer to help with the auction

The Surface Design Association auction is a benefit for the operating budget of the SDA. The auction bidding will begin on October 1. SDA is soliciting your help to make this a very successful event.

Donate your artwork
Please consider donating one of your artworks which fit into one of the following categories:

1. Art to Wear -one size fits alls (scarves, hats,

    gloves, etc.)
2. Book Arts
3. Sculpture
4. Whole Cloth/yardage
5. Home Décor (pillows, wall art, etc)
6. Miscellaneous

Size Restrictions
Everything that is donated for the auction must fit into one of the following shipping categories:

Priority mail flat rate envelope or Flat Rate Box Priority Mail - 11 7/8" x 3 3/8" x 13 5/8" - up to 70 lbs

SDA will be green. All shipping cartons will be reused. A group of SDA members have volunteered to decorate each carton as it will be sent to the auction winner.

How to Submit:
Please fill out the online submission form and return the form by July 15. The actual auction item with a CD digital photo must be received by August 15.

Auction Volunteers Needed:
SDA, for this auction, needs data entry volunteers to enter the auction item information into a template. The templates will then be uploaded to cmarket.com, the auction host.
