"As an artist, my life is made up of patterns that begin and end constantly reconfiguring allowing me to see in new ways. This idea of perspective is evident in my work. Close up single images are in repetition, combining photography and my background in textile design. Stepping back, the viewing changes, patterns merge supporting the whole object created."

An #embroidery of the entire Wikipedia article on #MagnaCarta commissioned by the The Ruskin School of Art is now at the The British Library Library. Conceived by artist Cornelia Parker, much of the text was stitched by prisoners part of the Fine Cell Work social enterprise. Pictures and text were done by the Embroiderers' Guild, with help from Royal School of Needlework and Hand & Lock.
