A map through sand mines for vultures, 2024
Naturally dyed wool 48" x 48"
A wet felting process explores the making of maps through memory and the body. In this work, a wool felt textile serves as witness to an active sand mine across the street from the artist's home, which regularly rearranges the neighborhood's topography.
