I shaped wire onto recycled lined. I wrapped the wire onto the fabric with thread and then added beads for embellishment.

Circle Weave – 1, 2021
Reclaimed wire and thread 2"x3"
I took reclaimed wire and wrapped it into a circle. I then wrapped that circle in thread and then created a loom to weave. It is a non traditional approach to weaving.

The heart represents so many emotions, not just love, I embroidered the heart and used the vein lines to represent all the words that we use that follows the word "Heart".

One Person’s Garbage, 2020
All of the scraps from different projects. Textiles, threads, paper, plastic, old needled ... and too many to name 1" to 2" in diameter
Through the years I collected my scraps and put them into a bin. I didn't want to throw them away so I picked up a handful of scraps and started to wrap the bundle tightly with thread.

Not in lockdown but being cautious about going out. There was no purpose or direction to the piece, it was a reflection of how I felt at the time.

Wool roving, beads, and thread 4 inch circumference
I live circles and working with my hands. I had reclaimed roving that I spun into yarn. I knitted the yarn into a flat circle and then felted it. I completed the piece by adding embellishments.
