International performance/sculptural artist, Sha Sha Higby creates exquisite and ephemeral body sculpture that she performs in in solo performances. Internationally renowned for her evocative and haunting performances, she is influenced by her studies in Asia, Noh Mask and theater, dance and shadow puppets. Branch Gallery is pleased to announce its upcoming exhibition, Duality, featuring new work by Amabelle Aguiluz. Aguiluz is a local fiber artist incorporating clothing and textiles in her fiber sculptures and installations. Duality will consist of several site-specific installations, exploring the concepts of light vs. dark and creation vs. destruction.
