The content of the SDA website is subject to copyright. SDA must be credited as the source when its website content is reused in any way in any medium. Downloaded and published images from the website must be given attribution in the following manner: text/image (include the title of work), author (last, first name), date accessed, SDA website link.

 

Acceptable Use of Images

Users may download and use images hosted on the SDA site for purposes such as teaching, scholarship, or research. The only requirement is to give attribution. The reference must show 1) that the image was taken from the SDA Image Gallery and 2) that the maker is given credit. Professional Conduct

All visitors/users must exhibit professional conduct. This includes use of civil language and avoidance of personal attacks or flaming in any comment areas.

All content will be moderated before posting.

Users will abide by all applicable federal, state, or local laws, including those pertaining to areas of libel, slander, defamation, trade libel, product disparagement, harassment, invasion of privacy, tort, obscenity, indecency, and copyright or trademark infringement (Applicable Law).

While using the SDA website, the user agrees not to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that contains a virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse, or any other disruptive or harmful component.
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content in violation of another party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
