100: Marking the Attleboro Art Museum’s Centennial

“100” commemorates the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Attleboro Arts Museum and will include works exclusively from members of the SDA New England region. Using fiber or textile materials or techniques, artists are asked to reflect on:
- The calendar years of 1923 – 2023
- The number 100
- Historical references through the century
- Art movements of the 1920s
- Interpretations that mark ten decades of time
- Anything related to 100

Mim Brooks FawcettExecutive Director and Chief Curator at the Attleboro Arts Museum since 2006, Mim Brooks Fawcett has worked to provide a range of exhibitions and arts programs that support promising and professional artists. The Attleboro Arts Museum mounts 8-10 exhibitions annually and delivers arts education and cultural experiences to all ages and backgrounds. She has served as juror for the Blanche Ames National Art Exhibition, the Cape Cod Museum’s Debut National Juried Exhibition, South Shore Arts Center Annual Arts Festival of Cohasset, MA, the Galatea Fine Art New England Collective, the Pawtucket Foundation Prize Juried Exhibition, as well as other visual art exhibitions.
