Image Statement: In my solitude, I am alone but not lonely. My thoughts become clouds that float on the breeze as only feathers can in weightless wonder. I drink from the stream of tranquility and emerge from under the cares of the day, Embracing serenity, my thoughts creep in then slip away. My body surrenders to this quiet place Enveloped in love, I see the first cell, the essence of life, the face of creation. I welcome the light, surrender to the spell Succumb to solitude, I find illumination. ~Katy Drury Anderson
