Free Form Ribbed Basketry with Steven R. Carty
In this creative hands-on workshop you will learn how to make ribbed baskets without a basketry pattern. With guidance and support from the instructor, you will be free to experiment with different techniques for setting ribs as you weave. You will also have the opportunity to learn to weave your baskets from handles such as driftwood or antlers. Asymmetrical basketry work is encouraged in this class.
