Natural Dyeing with Kate Sarah Mitchell
Working with dye plant materials and extracts, we will create lightfast colors on fabric, yarn, and fibers. We will play with blending, resist techniques, overdyeing, and ombres. We will create a set of samples and swatches to take home, as well as design and complete three or more wearable projects.
