Consider the gentle intention of stitched cloth and paper as an antidote against the pervasiveness of digital screens and social media. In this workshop, we will use natural plants and dyes available in your kitchens to print on paper and cloth. Finally, using needle, thread, and a variety of simple stitch methods, we will embellish our prints and engage in daily meditative stitched journaling that will culminate in a precious book object.
