Alien Pod Lady, 2018

I used to tell my step grand children I came from "The Pods" which they found fascinating and wanted to see what the pods and people were like. Thus, I made this lady for them to see. My friends always thought I must come from somewhere alien, so it wasn't a stretch to create her.

I have an unusual affinity for ancient Sumerian culture and artifacts. As a teenager, I used to visit the Penn Museum of the University of Pennsylvania to look at the collections from the Royal Cemetery in Ur.
