Together, 2025
Assorted Yarns and Materials 30" x 16" x 5"
In January 2025, I worked with adults with disabilities to learn how to weave. We then collaborated on making a woven quilt. They created the pieces with me, and then I designed, assembled, and sewed them together. Each woven piece shows the joy of building something vibrant as a community.

Sunflower, 2025
Wool yarns, wool blanket scrap 30" x 18" x 0"
"Sunflower is a woven study of a single bloom—its shifts, colors, and frayed edges as it moves through time. Inspired by the emotional presence of sunflowers, the piece focuses on close looking, change, and the beauty found in an evolving form."

Hard Memories Tender, 2025
Polyester Thread, Cotton Thread, Wool Yarn, Scrap Yarn Stuffing, Scrap Wool Blanket Backing 30" x 18" x 5"
Built from stuffed woven remnants, this piece layers grief and repair. Vivid, contrasting colors create a constant tug and pull, echoing how the quilt—woven after my father died and freely stitched—holds tension between inherited names and chosen identity.
