Mr. Robot (detail), 2026
cotton, silk and metallic thread on linen 16.75" x 19.5"
This piece has a quilt-like design, with different sections seemingly stitched together. It speaks to our fragmented society and the illusion of truth.

Playworld (detail), 2025
cotton, silk and metallic thread on linen 18.5" x 15.5"
An ode to the contrasting forces of freedom and dependance that makes up adolescence. It is structured, yet playful, combining rigid boundaries with a free-form interior. I use bursts of unexpected color and zig zag shapes to explore the self-discovery that emerges despite confines and expectations.

Thrones (detail), 2025
cotton and silk thread on linen 16.25" x 21.5"
A study of power and authority that uses holes, lace and branches to convey a landscape of interconnected forces. Through delicate stitching and open spaces, this piece considers how the lives and fate of the many are held within the structures that govern them.

Slow Horses (detail), 2025
cotton and silk thread on linen 18.75" x 16.5 "
This piece is about information. It evokes a language where meaning slowly emerges through attention and study. The act of stitching becomes a form of transcription: translating ideas I sense or observe into a coded visual record.

Empire of Pain (detail), 2024
cotton and silk thread and antique wire lace on linen 19" x 22.75"
I experimented with needle lace as a way to convey suffering, caring, and hope. Lace is both concealing and revealing. Historically, lace has been cherished and coveted. To me, this felt like a sad and fitting metaphor for the opioid crisis and its web of destruction.
