The Weavers Song, 2024
Rope and thread 4 feet in width and 5 feet 6 inches in length
The process of braiding and stitching of rope and thread, tightened to resemble a weave is slow and time consuming and allows me to reflect and connect with my inner self. Thoughts, words and sound unite to weave a tapestry of life and emotions.

Look Within, 2024
Rope and thread 2 feet 2 inches in width, and 4 feet 6 inches in length
Look within, an invitation to a wonderous city, which is the own body...the self. I have taken a window as a symbol to connect with the journey of self-discovery. This hand stitched window of rope and thread is similar to the lattice and stone windows of 16 century Rajasthan, India

I AM NOT A BODY, 2022.
Rope ,thread, embroidery …hand stitched. Length..three feet .
using rope and thread…to construct and hand stitch my life into a garment. The garment made of ripped thr from clothes ,is of time ,memory and mortality...stitched together to represent ..interconnected ness ... as time goes by ,our memories and physical body changes...or completely fade away which fits in perfectly with the theory of my work... The garment also being closest to the wearer...must confront the impermanence of the human body.... of fleetingness ..fragility..
