Obstacles #2: Geometries of Life, 2026
Machine embroidery and 3D printed elements (polyester thread, PETG) 15 x 15 inches
Multiple paths begin together and move through a field of obstacles. Some bend smoothly, others pivot sharply in response to disruption. Though each path unfolds differently, all gradually orient toward a shared point of equilibrium. The obstacles are not fixed or predetermined—they are encountered along the way, shaping each trajectory. The work invites viewers to trace the paths and reflect on how lives are formed through movement, adaptation, and change.

Flame of Knowledge, 2025
polyester embroidery thread 15 x 15 inches
A multicolored flame rises from an open book, symbolizing the living power of learning and imagination. Inspired by the Ner Tamid, the eternal flame of wisdom, it reflects the diversity and vitality of Jewish study. Each ribbon of color represents a different idea—science, art, history, fiction, and philosophy—twisting together into a brilliant flame of creativity that celebrates the light found in knowledge.

Event Horizon, 2025
polyester embroidery thread 15 x 15 inches
Starting with the rotation of a single fluid curve, Event Horizon echoes both the geometry of spacetime and the mystery of Creation itself. Streams of color orbit a dark center, drawn inward as if by the invisible gravity of a black hole — the edge where light can no longer escape and the known gives way to the infinite.

Portal Paths, 2025
polyester embroidery thread 13 x 13 inches
Portal Paths explores the idea of movement toward transformation. Each raised thread bends upward toward a luminous ring, suggesting both gravity and ascent — a passage that might lead to another place, another time, or a deeper sense of self. The work asks a question rather than offering an answer: Which path are you on?

Obstacles #1: Against the Grid, 2026
Machine embroidery with 3D printed elements (polyester thread, PETG) 15 x 15 inches
Colored strands push across a rigid architectural grid, bending and redirecting as they meet resistance. The structure stands, but the motion dominates — a meditation on persistence and force within constraint.

Organic Labyrinth #3: Connections, 2026
polyester embroidery thread 15 x 15 inches
This work presents life as an interconnected web rather than a linear journey. Every milestone is linked to every other, with no beginning or end, emphasizing relationship over progression. The blended pathways suggest that movement between experiences shapes who we are, and that meaning emerges through connection itself.

Organic Labyrinth #2: Choices, 2025
polyester embroidery thread te 15 x 15 inches
This work introduces multiple paths and milestones, emphasizing decision-making and personal agency. Each route offers a different sequence of experiences, suggesting that meaning is shaped not by a single correct path, but by the choices made along the way. The piece reflects the complexity of navigating life where many valid directions coexist.

Organic Labyrinth #1: Seeking, 2025
polyester embroidery thread 15 x 15 inches
This work reflects the experience of searching for direction without certainty of outcome. A single path moves deliberately yet ambiguously toward a focal point, suggesting persistence, curiosity, and the human need to orient oneself even when the destination is unclear. The work invites viewers to consider seeking as a meaningful act in itself, rather than merely a prelude to arrival.

No Victor, 2026
Machine embroidery and 3D printed elements (polyester thread, PETG) 15 x 15 inches
This work explores conflict as an ongoing system rather than a struggle toward resolution. Rigid, straight forms and fluid, curved lines coexist under opposing constraints, repeatedly interrupting one another without hierarchy or outcome. The work resists focal points and connections, reflecting a state of sustained tension in which difference persists without dominance or reconciliation.

From Chaos, 2026
polyester embroidery thread 15 x 15 inches
This work explores how order and meaning emerge through process rather than appearing fully formed. It begins with a compressed field of conflicting directions—an accumulation of possibilities without sequence or hierarchy. From that state, structure develops through repetition and constraint. The spiral is not drawn as a continuous curve, but assembled from many straight stitches, each a small, deliberate act that contributes to a growing coherence. From this formation, distinct paths unfold, each following its own rhythm while remaining connected to the whole. Growth here is uneven and non-linear: some elements resolve quickly, others take longer to find their place. Balance is not imposed through symmetry, but discovered through return, accumulation, and becoming.
