Image Statement: The title in French for this tapestry is MONTRÉAL VILLE IRISEE, and measures 74 x 122 cm., and woven in mercerized cotton. This was inspired from the view of the city of Monrtreal, Canada, on the Saint-Lawrence River. Since 1974 I weave textile art with lighting effects from fiber optics, as in this tapestry woven on a TC2 Jacquard loom.
