ITSLIQUID Group, in collaboration with YMX Arts, is pleased to announce the opening of the 19th edition of LONDON CONTEMPORARY ART FAIR. On view from October 09 to October 22, 2026, at the central ELEMENTS Contemporary Art Space, the exhibition brings together international artists working across painting, sculpture, photography, video art, and performance, exploring the multisensory dimensions of human consciousness.

LONDON CONTEMPORARY ART FAIR 2026 analyses the complex relationship between body and space, investigating the continuous hybridisation between individual identities and the cultural, physical, and urban settings of our contemporary era. The selected artists draw inspiration from the evocative power of London, exploring the connection between desires, needs, and fears through rituals that bring humankind to change, transform and evolve their inner world.

This inner journey opens with a meditation on perception itself through Burcu Yildirim Parlak’s “Traces of Light”, which builds a layered terrain of gestural marks and pastel tones settling like imprints of memory, fragments of experience surfacing through colour. Carina Rabelbauer pushes this exploration further inward with “Ajna – The Eye”, an immersive field of blue and gold named after the third eye, where attention turns from the outer world to the awakening of consciousness within. Read together, the two pieces form a single arc – from the mark left by experience to the eye that learns to read it – establishing the exhibition’s central premise that awareness is felt through the senses before it is understood.

From this interior gaze, the exhibition shifts outward to the body’s encounter with the city. Kijoo Bae’s “Lines of Silence” renders the rhythm of urban architecture in a striking black-and-white composition, where repeated structural patterns become a kind of visual hush – quiet not as absence, but as order. Lola Llinares answers this stillness with motion and noise: her “Traffic Lights” is a dense, chromatically charged canvas that channels the pulse and friction of city life – hush and traffic become two faces of the same urban condition, embodying the show’s inquiry into how the self is shaped, and hybridised, by the physical and cultural settings it moves through.

The exhibition’s final movement turns to the human figures who inhabit this space. In “Véra, Isabella et Julia”, Karole Aubourg lets three distinct presences merge into a single earthy, textured field, suggesting how separate selves blur and layer into one another over time, while Piotr Kulikowski’s “Light of Late Summer” captures a comparable threshold with

a vibrant, fiery palette, holding the fleeting moment when one season gives way to the next. Robert T. Rogers closes this sequence with “Bring It to Pass”, a luminous work suspended between rose and blue that speaks of passage and becoming – a fitting counterpoint to Kulikowski’s seasonal turn, both artists picturing change as something gradual, almost atmospheric.

Across these different practices, a common thread emerges: the self is never fixed, but continuously written and rewritten by light, place, and time. Among the pieces on view, the exhibition also features a selection of video artworks (see video program).
